01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the hey777 platform, including the website available at hey777.app and any associated mobile interfaces. By accessing any part of the platform — whether to browse, register, deposit, withdraw, place a wager, or participate in any promotion — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

02Eligibility

An account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately. Any balance held in such an account may be forfeited, and hey777 may report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Geographic eligibility

hey777 is operated for the Philippine market. You confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful. It is your personal responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to your location before registering or depositing.

Not a politically exposed person

By registering, you confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations, unless hey777 has expressly acknowledged your status and completed the required enhanced due diligence.

03Account Registration

One account per person

Each eligible individual may register only one hey777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your real name, a nickname, or a family member's details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hey777 may close all associated accounts, void pending transactions, and retain balances pending investigation.

Accurate information required

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any payment details linked to the account. hey777 will not be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by a user.

Account security is your responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hey777 login credentials. This includes your password, one-time verification codes, and any PIN associated with linked payment methods. hey777 will never ask for your password through email, chat, or any channel outside the official platform login screen. All activity conducted under your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.

Identity verification

hey777 reserves the right to require identity verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage. This may involve submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to complete verification may result in the restriction of deposit, withdrawal, or gaming privileges until the process is satisfied.

04Deposits

Deposits at hey777 are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform accepts payment through channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and account verification status.

• The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of the transaction. These may change without advance notice.
• hey777 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor.
• Deposited funds are held for use on the hey777 platform and do not earn interest.
• hey777 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if the source of funds raises concerns under applicable regulations.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment channel used for the associated deposit where possible. hey777 may require identity verification to be completed before a withdrawal is approved. Standard processing times vary by payment channel and are displayed on the withdrawal screen.

• Withdrawal requests must match the account holder's verified identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• hey777 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and processing queues, particularly during high-volume periods.
• Funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until that requirement is met in full.
• Duplicate withdrawal requests may delay processing. Check the transaction history before submitting a second request.
• hey777 may request additional documentation before approving large withdrawals in compliance with applicable financial regulations.

06Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a wager or game round is confirmed and submitted on hey777, it cannot be cancelled or modified. It is your responsibility to review the bet slip, stake amount, market, and event details before confirming.

Settlement and results

Game results and sports bet settlements are determined by the outcome of the relevant event as recorded by hey777's data providers. In cases of dispute, the official result from the relevant governing body — such as the PBA, NBA, or a recognised boxing commission — will be used as the reference. hey777's decision on contested settlements is final subject to the formal dispute procedure described in support documentation.

Void bets

A bet may be voided if the event is postponed beyond the settlement window, if an error in the displayed odds is identified, or if the event is subject to integrity concerns. Voided bets result in the stake being returned to the player's hey777 account balance.

Odds errors

hey777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error. A "clearly erroneous" price is one that a reasonable person would have recognised as a data or display error rather than an intentional market offering.

Live and in-play markets

Live markets at hey777 update continuously during an event. Market suspensions during play are normal and do not affect previously confirmed bets. Delays in data feeds may result in a brief lag between on-field events and live market availability. hey777 is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of publicly available broadcast streams that may lag behind the actual event.

07Bonuses and Promotions

hey777 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• hey777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel a bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse or breach of Terms is suspected.

• Players who have self-excluded or applied a cooling-off period are not eligible to participate in promotions during that period.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at hey777. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Using false, incomplete, or borrowed identity information during registration or verification.
• Allowing another person to operate your hey777 account, including family members.

• Accessing hey777 while subject to a self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account restriction that prohibits active play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with any part of the hey777 platform.

09Responsible Gaming

hey777 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The following tools are available to all registered players through account settings:

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hey777's liability to any user is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim arises. hey777 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gaming activity, including lost bets and negative account balances where applicable.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss caused by factors outside hey777's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, device failures, and force majeure events.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms limits hey777's liability for matters that cannot be legally excluded under Philippine consumer protection law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

12Account Suspension and Termination

hey777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account at any time for reasons including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or regulatory obligation. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a breach by the user, any available balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after the conclusion of any applicable review period.

You may request the closure of your hey777 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed subject to any outstanding transactions, active bonus wagering requirements, or pending verification steps being resolved first.

13Changes to These Terms

hey777 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be posted on the platform in a prominent location and may also be communicated by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of hey777 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
